Terms & Conditions – VIZ Surfboard Promotion
The VIZ Surfboard Promotion (‘Promotion’) is offered by VIZ Insurance Pty Ltd (VIZ), ABN 49 615 973 487, AFSL 494857.
Promotion Details:
Eligibility: This Promotion is open to individuals who purchase a new VIZ insurance policy during the Promotion Period and retain the policy beyond the 21-day cooling-off period and complete the Promotion Entry Form. The purchased policy must have a start date within the Promotion Period. This promotion is not available to; existing VIZ Insurance Policyholders, including renewals, or to any VIZ Insurance policies purchased outside of the Promotion Period, or to anyone who held a VIZ insurance policy in the 90 days prior to the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 5 December 2024 to 5 February 2025.
Prize Details: All eligible participants will be entered into a random draw to win a signed Callum Robson surfboard. Only one prize is available for the entire Promotion.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by a secure, certified and independent third-party service provider on behalf of the Promoter, on 27 February 2025. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their VIZ insurance policy within 7 days of the draw. By entering this draw, you consent to having your first name, occupation and state published on the VIZ Insurance website and social media account as the winner. All information is held in accordance with VIZ’s Privacy Policy.
Prize Delivery: The signed surfboard will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address at no cost. Delivery timing will be coordinated with the winner after confirmation of their prize acceptance.
General Conditions: This Promotion operates independently of any other promotional offers and cannot be claimed in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify entries if they do not meet the terms of this Promotion.
