VIZ Insurance Coffs Harbour Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to the VIZ Insurance Coffs Harbour Campaign (Campaign), which includes two related components:

• (a) “Lock It for Later” Reminder Offer – a reminder and reservation opportunity that allows participants to register interest and secure access to the $100 Gift Card Offer, ensuring they don’t miss out if the promotion becomes limited; and
• (b) “$100 Gift Card Offer” – a reward available to eligible customers who purchase and maintain a qualifying VIZ Insurance policy.

Participation in either component constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter

The promoter is VIZ Insurance Pty Ltd (VIZ), ABN 49 615 973 487, AFSL 494857 (Promoter).
All insurance-related enquiries should be directed to VIZ on 1300 216 226 or via vizinsurance.com.au.

3. Campaign Periods

• Lock It for Later Period: Opens prior to 27 October 2025 and continues until 31 July 2026.
  Participants may register their interest (“lock in”) at any time during this period to receive a reminder to purchase and secure access to the $100 Gift Card Offer.
• $100 Gift Card Offer Period: Applies to eligible policies purchased between 27 October 2025 and 31 July 2026 (Offer Period).

4. Eligibility – $100 Gift Card Offer

Customers are eligible for the $100 Gift Card Offer if they:

1. Purchase a new VIZ Insurance policy during the Offer Period;
2. Have not held a VIZ Insurance policy within the 90 days prior to purchase;
3. Maintain the policy active for at least 28 consecutive days after purchase; and
4. Reside or operate a business within the Coffs Harbour region, as indicated by a postcode of 2450, 2452, 2453, 2454, 2455, or 2456 on their policy or registration form.

To be eligible, participants must also complete the online form located at vizinsurance.com.au/coffs-100-gift-card/ with accurate information, including their postcode.

Completion of a Lock It for Later registration is optional and not required to qualify.

5. Offer Details

Each Eligible Customer will receive a one hundred dollar ($100) gift card issued by Bananacoast Power Tools Pty Ltd (ABN 92 104 260 031) — the gift card issuer.

• The gift card can be used in accordance with the issuer’s Terms of Sale and Terms of Service available at bananacoastpowertools.com.
• Bananacoast Power Tools is not affiliated with VIZ Insurance and does not provide insurance or related financial services.

6. Lock It for Later Reminder Offer

• The Lock It for Later option enables users to register interest in the campaign and receive a reminder to purchase a VIZ Insurance policy before the Offer Period closes.
• Registering interest does not guarantee receipt of a gift card; customers must still meet the eligibility criteria in Section 4.
• Registration ensures participants are included in campaign reminders and communications, and that their access to the $100 Gift Card Offer is secured should limits apply.
• Participation is optional, free of charge, and available via vizinsurance.com.au/coffs-100-gift-card/.

7. Gift Card Fulfilment

• Gift cards will be emailed to Eligible Customers within 28 days of their qualifying policy purchase; or
• Customers may collect their gift card in-store at a participating location, as notified by VIZ.

8. Limitations

• The Offer operates independently of any other promotional offer and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Limit of one gift card per customer for the entire Campaign (regardless of the number of policies or registrations).
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• The Offer is available only to residents and businesses located within the eligible Coffs Harbour postcodes listed in Section 4.

9. Changes and Termination

The Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend, extend, cancel, or withdraw all or part of this Campaign (including either offer component) at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion.

10. General

• VIZ takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdirected registrations, claims, or gift cards.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact and policy details are accurate and current.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
